Trial & Onboarding
Every new iDeployed account starts with a 48-hour free trial. You get a fully provisioned JTL-Shop instance to evaluate the platform — no commitment, no hidden terms.
What's included in the trial
The trial instance is identical to a paid instance:
- Fully provisioned JTL-Shop (latest supported version)
- Dedicated MySQL database
- HTTPS via automatic TLS certificate at
<subdomain>.ideployed.app - Access to the JTL-Shop admin backend
- Dashboard access for instance management
The only limitation is time — the trial instance is automatically removed after 48 hours unless you upgrade.
The €1 pre-authorisation
When you add a payment method during sign-up, we place a €1 pre-authorisation on your card. This is a standard card verification — the amount is never charged to your account.
The pre-authorisation lapses automatically (typically within a few days, depending on your bank) if you do not start a paid subscription. No action is needed on your part.
What happens at expiry
If you do not upgrade before the 48-hour trial ends:
- Your trial instance is automatically deleted
- No data is retained
- No charge is made
You can sign up again at any time to start a new trial.
Email notifications before expiry
iDeployed sends reminder emails before your trial expires:
- 12 hours before expiry — first reminder
- 2 hours before expiry — final reminder
Check your inbox (and spam folder) if you don't receive these.
How to upgrade
To keep your instance running beyond the 48-hour trial:
- Open the dashboard at app.ideployed.com
- Click Upgrade next to your trial instance
- Select a plan from the plan picker
- Confirm your payment method
Your instance continues running seamlessly — no interruption, no data loss.
