Common Issues

Instance is stuck in "Provisioning"
Instance provisioning normally completes within a few minutes. If your instance remains in a provisioning state for more than 10 minutes:
- Refresh the dashboard
- If the status hasn't changed, contact support with your instance ID
Custom domain not validating
If the dashboard shows your custom domain is not yet validated after you've updated DNS:
- DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours — wait and check again
- Verify the CNAME record is pointing to
<your-subdomain>.ideployed.app - Check there are no conflicting DNS records (e.g. an A record for the same hostname)

TLS certificate not issued
TLS certificates are issued automatically once DNS validation passes. If your certificate hasn't been issued after DNS has propagated:
- Confirm the domain shows as validated in the dashboard
- If validated but no certificate, contact support
JTL-Shop admin backend not loading
If the admin backend is inaccessible:
- Check status.ideployed.com for any active incidents
- Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R)
- Check that your instance is in "Running" state in the dashboard
