Backups

iDeployed automatically backs up your JTL-Shop instance on a regular schedule. Backups are stored redundantly within the same German data centre region.

What is backed up​

Each backup captures:

  • The JTL-Shop database (MySQL)
  • Shop file assets (images, uploads, custom templates)

Backup intervals and retention​

Backup frequency and retention length depend on your plan. Details are available in the dashboard under Backups or by contacting support.

Restoring a backup​

To restore from a backup:

  1. Open the dashboard and go to your instance
  2. Click Backups
  3. Select the backup point you want to restore
  4. Click Restore and confirm

Restoring a backup overwrites your current shop data. The operation cannot be undone. Download or note any recent changes before restoring.
