Updates & Maintenance
iDeployed manages all infrastructure-level updates on your behalf. You do not need to patch servers, update container runtimes, or apply database engine updates.
What iDeployed updates
- Operating system patches — applied automatically as security patches are released
- Container runtime — platform runtime and underlying infrastructure updates
- Database engine — MySQL minor and patch version updates
- Platform components — nginx, TLS tooling, monitoring agents
JTL-Shop application updates
JTL-Shop application version updates (e.g. upgrading from one JTL-Shop minor version to another) are managed separately. These will be communicated and require your input before being applied.
Planned maintenance windows
For updates that require a brief service interruption, iDeployed schedules maintenance windows during low-traffic hours. You will be notified in advance by email.
Emergency patches
Critical security patches may be applied outside of scheduled windows without prior notice. Post-maintenance notifications are sent in these cases.
