Monitoring

iDeployed monitors the health and availability of your JTL-Shop instance continuously. You don't need to set up external uptime monitors for infrastructure-level availability — we handle that.

What is monitored

  • Instance availability (HTTP health checks)
  • Database connectivity and replication health
  • Disk usage and capacity
  • Resource utilisation (CPU, memory)
  • TLS certificate validity and expiry

Alerts and notifications

iDeployed's operations team is alerted automatically when an instance becomes unhealthy. For prolonged incidents, affected customers are notified by email.

Platform status page

You can check the real-time status and historical uptime of all iDeployed services at:

status.ideployed.com

The status page shows:

  • Current operational status of each service component
  • Active incidents and their resolution progress
  • Historical uptime data
